Bikers In Awe Of What Tillerson Did On Memorial Day
A great number of bikers and viewers were present at the country’s capital on Sunday to participate in the 30th annual “Rolling Thunder” motorcycle ride from the Pentagon to the Vietnam War Memorial on the National Mall. The ride is organized for the purpose of raising awareness for war prisoners and the MIA service members from our country’s military conflicts.
The mostly military veteran crowd of riders was accompanied by a top-notch member of President Trump’s administration, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, Breitbart informed.
Dressed in a black leather vest, jeans and ball cap, Tillerson was unrecognizable within the biker crowd and appeared completely at ease as he posed for pictures and shook hands while riders gathered for the beginning of the event.
Tillerson was guarded by members of the Diplomatic Security Service during the event. Two security staff members who were appointed as his protective detail also took part with their own personal motorcycles.
Based on the U.K.’s The Guardian, approximately 900,000 riders and viewers participated in this year’s ride, regardless of the rainy weather.
